Investors in People
Developed in 1990, Investors in People is a national quality standard which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation’s performance through its people.
KPMG LLC, first made the commitment to becoming an Investor in People in May 2004, and received their accreditation in August 2004.
Following a one day Investor in People Post Recognition Review in July 2007, which incorporated over 20 interviews with randomly selected members of staff, a UK panel subsequently confirmed that KPMG LLC should retain their Investors in People status.
